NEC Festival of Quilts

The Festival of Quilts at the NEC in Birmingham, in August. My talented and good friend Angie Hughes invited me to share her stand, we were in the area designated for demonstration's. The picture was taken before the crowds of excited quilters, textile and mixed media enthusiasts arrived. Several minutes later Angie was busy with her Bernina sewing machine making shimmering textile landscapes and I was making layered images using mixed media/paper and stamped images....
